Petition: Keep Timelordess in Pico

How would you feel if you went to Pico World Support (support@ameba.net) for help and they turned around and said they may ban your account? Well, that's what's happened to Timelordess.

Here's what happened:
Timelordess noticed some fishy activity with her account's Gummies balance. She was threatened by a someone who claimed to be a hacker in a GM Games area. Then overnight it changed to a very high amount. She contacted Pico World Support and was told that she might never get access to her account again ... even though she did no wrong.

Timelordess's character:
Those who know Timelordess, know that she's fun and caring ... and hasn't the first clue how to be a hacker or scammer. She reports those who bully and threaten to Pico World Support, and encourages her circle of friends to do the same.

For Timelordess to now face the possibility of being permanently banned simply in asking for help is incredibly unfair. Who's next? You? Me?

Sign a support petition:
If you feel the same, please join the Friends of Timelordess and sign this petition to support her cause. Fill in as much of your personal information as you care to give (you don't have to put your address and if you un-click the 'Display my signature publicly'check box your endorsement will only show to the petition's administrator).

Each time the petition is signed an email is sent to Ameba (support@ameba.net) and CyberAgent America, Inc. (contact@cyberagentamerica.com).

The letter:
Dear Ameba and CyberAgent America:

Recently, Pico ID Timelordess (also *Timelordess*) reported to Pico World Support (support@ameba.net) that she noticed some suspicious activity with her account. Her Gummies currency balance had ballooned to a very large amount. This happened after an incident in the GM Games area; she was threatened by a players who claimed to be a hacker.

Being a responsible player, Timelordess came forward to you seeking help. Instead, she was told that because of this strange account activity she may be banned.

This would be incredibly unfair and unjust.

As a friend of Timelordess and a concerned Pico player I want to give her my support.

I vouch for Timelordess's character and want to tell you that she:
  • is not, nor has she ever been, a hacker or scammer. She does not support this activity and has, in fact, posted anti-hack/scam messages to readers of her Pico blog.
  • is a mature and responsible person who does not invest her time in hacking/scamming or the abuse of other players.
  • is a positive, encouraging and inclusive member of the Pico game community. She is accepting of people of all ages, genders and cultural backgrounds into her friendship circle.
  • encourages all those who come within her influence to resolve their in-game issues by reporting them to support@ameba.net -- instead of taking matters into their own hands.
  • supports your organization through purchasing Ameba Gold and deserves a proper investigation into the account activity she has brought to your attention.
Ameba Pico needs to invest in proper safeguards to protect innocent players, like Timelordess, and catch those who carry out wrongdoing through hacking, scamming, abuse and other exploits of the game.

Please assign the blame where it lies.

Please do not ban the accounts of Timelordess.

Sincerely,
[Your Name]

UPDATED: After a month, she is back~! All of this was cause by a system bug, which affected every Pico with a high gummies balance. A great big hug to all who signed the petition^^ Thank you!

A Scarlett Typical Day !

I actually took these pictures a very long time ago for posting purpose. But there was so many different things I want to post instead, so these kinda got push behind... By the time I remember them, they were covered with spider webs from being left alone for so long !My fault.. my fault..

Anyway, this post shows an everyday cycle in Ameba Pico for me. It is pretty much the same thing every time I go on until I log off.

My Pico day starts in Japanese Park. I usually go there to get props. (fastest way, trust me)
Sometimes I would meet up with a few friends in the park and our conversations began there. But very often, I am just a loner haha ~ and an observer at that. I'm never too AFK to not knowing what's going on around me.

To get rings of course..
I usually do "Ring Back" event, but due to the recent ring's error, which only God knows when Pico is gonna fix it, I can't see the person who ring me to ring back anybody anymore...Such a shame..

While creating some of my very own, I also look for a certain type of events, such as food ones. There are plenty throughout the whole event box. But the problem reside on whenever the event is real or not... Usually it would be "Ring and Props for food", or so people says. But for easy understanding, I would translate that into "Ring and Props me, then you get kick"

Spin a few times on Gummies Gacha. I'm an addict, it's hard to stop..Well, I actually spin to get the tokens.. Ameba got really bad taste in fashion, especially in the daily gacha. to be honest
Notice: This was intended to be posted a long time ago, explaining for the old picture of 2nd anniversary gacha.

Hmm.. Well.. I guess that mostly conclude the time I spend in Pico after they restart. So usually, I would be super glued to a slot seat somewhere in the slot area, trying to finish off the challenge (always at last minute)

Longest Maintenance Yet...

Yesterday, Pico Put On A 6 Hours Maintenance To Fix Their Error On The Gummies Gambling ( I think ) Hmm..Well, Something Must Have Happened, For It Has Been More Than 12 Hours Since I've Been Staring At The Maintenance Screen ( over exaggerating of course )

Well.. Checking Again..

*clears throat * Pico.. You Can't Even Tell Us The Time You Finish Fixing Your Little Game ?

Apparently, Just 20 Minutes Ago, Another Notice From Ameba Pico ~ Behold.. - -

No, For Fuck Sake, I Do Not Understand. Because This Is What It Seems To Me :

Chloe : Oh no, our new gummies gambling system have some errors!

Thomas : Well, it was a complicated process trying to create it.
Chloe : I just put on a 6 hours maintenance ! Hopefully we will have enough time to fix it.

- After 6 Hours Of Drinking Tea -
Chloe : Well, Longer Maintenance Wouldn't Kill Anybody
Thomas + Chloe Pulling Everything They Got To Fix The Error
Result : Failure
I'm Guessing They Spend Another 2 Hours Or So Playing Hide and Seek

Thomas : Oh My ! Look At The Time !
Chloe : I Guess We Should Do Something Now. I'll Just Post On Facebook Saying Sorry Again. What A Pain.

Thanks For Reading My Nonsense Story. But It's Pretty Rational If You Think About It..

Since Pico Decided To Release Their Gummies Gambling Information Without Any Actual Details At All, I Was Very Anxious To See Just How Does It Looks Like ; All The Gambling, The Gacha, The AG To Gummies Cashier ( which I thought was utterly ridiculous, but I'm not complaining again )
All These Things I Want To See, and 'Till Now, I Probably Wouldn't Either If Not For picostyle , Which Provided Overall Pictures For Everything. To My Surprise, The Gacha Was 3,000 Gummies per SpinOf Course This Isn't The First Time I Thought Ameba Had Lost Their Damn Mind, But Never Did I Expect A Gacha With 3k Gummies For Each Spin, Just So Unreasonable.
