When The Prices Take A Worse Turn...

When Pico introduced the new game betting function, did they not think about how it can backfires? To make it worse, they released gummies gachas one after another with absurd prices; 3,000 to 10,000 gummies per spin, which only encourages the players to yearn for more gummies. So when they finally saw how their betting gummies function is not doing its job properly on most gummies balances, they decide to increase the price of every single gummies items?! That will totally resolves everything. Good job, Ameba. Not!!!!!!!

Most of these items originally can be found in the Beginner's Plaza..Well, no more..Since..

Every single items that used to be in this Robo has been removed and replaced by these. I haven't been to Beginner's Plaza for quite a while, so I don't know when did this happened, but the fact that it did is just unacceptable. The thing is, newbies have no ways to dress up or customize themselves now, since all they're given as choices are plain, one color clothing.

It's sad that more than half of any token items are now label as AG. Some of them I regretted not bought sooner, but more than anything I felt sorry for Pico beginners, who didn't got the chance to own these items when they were still tokens, and who unfortunately joined Ameba Pico when just nothing is good.

Changes..and More Changes..

Just the usual Pico's ridiculous updatesThen came some more a few days later after the maintenance.

Renewal of Profile Layout

These..are as useless as a white crayon. Why would anyone be interested in people's activities on games and casino? Not only it doesn't help, but it also take away privacy. Just one click, and everyone can have access to your game stats.

Oh, now I actually know my Pico's birthday. No more wide guessing. This might be the only thing that might put some justice to all the mess Pico created. Even so, I think putting out the timing of our last log in was a bad idea.. Some Picos prefer to hide their online status, making it private. Now even that doesn't do any good, since everybody will be able to see the last time you were on just fine.

Furthermore... When I tried to change my online status, I was greeted by these two messages instead.

Unlike before, Ameba have made it impossible to change any of your settings without giving out your birthday and country. Of course, that means showing your age on your profile. I don't like the idea of giving out personal info unless being ask, so let just leave my age aside. It's kinda unfair to be force to show your age and country, but unless you don't ever want to change any of your status again, it is required.

*scoff* I wonder, do they find it necessary to edit these once every few months? It doesn't hurt anyone, but why bother making it even more advance when you could have left it simple and easy to understand? Although, there is a big flaw. You can't see your "Favorites" rooms anymore..Did Pico forgot about it...or is it gone for good? Without the Favorites list, you won't know who to remove once your list is full.

Before, it was only Bahasa Park and Beginner's Plaza. Now, every World Community Park has the same layout, including my dear Japanese Park... I personally dislike this type of park. Nono, it was great to be in the Beginner's Plaza, but when it comes to Japanese Park, I completely prefer the other one.

Have you noticed? It's just a theory of mine at the moment, but I can't help but wonder..

Is Pico trying to improve itself by releasing more shop items that are wearable? Hmm..The question stands. Only time will shows..But it is true that there are a few clothes in the Shop for the recent gachas instead of mindless gachas one after another like before. If only the Agents can realized that by putting out more decent shop items, there might be a higher chance of attracting AmeGold buyers.Even so, I hope there will be even more shop items. Pico really need to give up on those useless gachas ideas.

Prom 2012

I planned to post about Prom as soon as it started, but when the items and everything were released for the first time, they weren't...like what I would have expected. Heck, they weren't like anything anybody was hoping for, not even near.
So, first destination, the Party Hall. Unlike last year and the year before, this year, Ameba spend most of their time creating gachas and less on the shop items. I'm sad that we can't just buy what we want, and instead have to spin gacha. I rather not risk my luck, especially not on gacha. Not mentioning, the gachas only add to the lag.

I'm asking you. What is the Shining Star gacha doing in Prom? I don't know, you tell me..Just another way for Pico to persuade people to put use to one of their long dead gacha. Nothing special.

These...were initially the main clothes for Prom this year. It turns out pretty much a failure. Ever seen their release, I haven't seen a soul roaming in Pico with these dresses on. If there are any, I applaud their bravery. After all, I find it difficult to find some good points in these dresses.

A few considerations here and there, and Pico brought back every Prom designs since 2010. Aren't they just desperate for our spending... Even so, I must say I used to love Cyber Agents in Pico before they were brainwashed. There used to be tokens and gummies items in Prom, items for everybody, both Non-AG and AG users. With that being said, now they're just a bunch of money suckers.

I planned to end this post as it is, but there are things that I can't just ignore, and can't help but rant about it.

Am I out of trend? Or is this not a dance at all...? Except La Picorena and Side Steps, there haven't been any Prom dances at all.. No matter how I look at it, this "dance" reminds me of someone trying to block my way, with the extending hands and all.. It's more like an action, not a dance.
